• Ammunition Certificate

Delaware- copy of FOID card & driver license or state ID .
Maryland- copy of driver licemse or state ID .
New Jersey- copy of driver license and 1 of the following:

• Firearm Purchase ID Card
• Permit to Purchase Handgun
• Handgun Carry Permit

New York- can only ship to FFL dealer.
Rhode Island-copy of driver license, must be 21 year of age, copy of state issued safety certificate.
